Jeff West

In his role as Director, Jeff oversees the teams responsible for the placement and scheduling of Behavioral Tech’s training events, as well as the successful project management and support of those trainings. His team is driven to build great partnerships and opportunities within the behavioral health community, and delivering exceptional service to all of our participants and trainers.

With over 15 years of healthcare and operations management experience, Jeff has consistently focused his career on building vibrant teams and providing fantastic customer experiences. His background include roles in a number of clinical innovation, training and academic institutions, including positions at Merge Healthcare, Virginia Mason Medical Center, and the University of California, Berkeley.

Barb Bechtold-Wright

Barb Bechtold-Wright first joined Behavioral Tech in 2006. Since then, she has enjoyed many different responsibilities including providing technical support for online training, customer service and support, product order fulfillment, coordinating AV and training materials, and many other projects. Currently she is a Project Manager, working with agencies and co-hosts to organize and deliver DBT training to treatment providers all over the world.

Outside of BTECH, Barb lives with a yard full of edible plants, a cat named Squeak, a flock of chickens referred to as “The Committee”, as well as her human family (who also have names).

Eric Biljum

Eric Biljum joined Behavioral Tech in 2014 and is a Project Manager. Eric previously coordinated international sales and logistics for a Seattle-based outdoor equipment manufacturer. He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and has previous coursework in non-profit management and grant writing. Eric is excited to apply his skills to a mission-driven organization and plans to pursue additional coursework in project management through the University of Washington.

 

Clint Potter

Clint joined Behavioral Tech in 2016. Originally from Idaho, he attended the University of Washington, receiving a BA in History. He has several years of experience working in not-for-profit and government, primarily in technology transfer offices in Washington DC and Seattle. Clint works as a Sales Specialist connecting organizations with trainings that will improve the lives of their clients.

Clint is very excited to join the Behavioral Tech family. When he’s not finalizing proposals, he’s an avid cyclist, aspiring handyman, and a dad. His dream is to one day complete the tour divide race from Canada to the Mexico-United States border.

Tricia Satre

Tricia Satre is the Sales Specialist at Behavioral Tech. She attended the Seattle University, completing a Bachelors of Science in 1999. Tricia served as an Americorp VISTA volunteer with the Washington State Neighborhood Networks Consortium providing support to computer centers in low-income housing. Tricia first joined Behavioral Tech in 2001 as the Front Desk Coordinator and held a variety of roles within the organization, including Marketing Assistant, Event Manager, Materials Coordinator, and New Business Developer. She took a leave of absence from the company in 2006 to spend time with her family and returned in 2010.
