| Marketing Coordinator |
Job Description: Behavioral Tech, LLC (www.behavioraltech.org) is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing who is responsible for the preparation, organization, and dissemination of marketing-related information to promote our organization, our training events and our products. In addition this person will be responsible for temporarily covering travel arrangements for all of our trainers during a staff member’s leave. This will require experience booking flights, lodging and ground transportation for VIP level individuals. This is an ideal position for someone with experience supporting a corporate executive; who thrives in a casual office environment and who has a passion for changing the world.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director of Marketing on all marketing related projects
• Promote Behavioral Tech sponsored training events through phone calls, mailings and emails (including online market research)
• Edit and prepare a variety of brochures and marketing collateral, may coordinate work with Graphic Designer
• Coordinate product orders and production with outside vendors
• Assist in event planning
• Coordinate and participate in trade show exhibits
• Maintain website content
• Research and evaluate new products
• Gain understanding of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) treatment and training as it applies to job functions
• Familiarity with and understanding of all Behavioral Tech training formats and products in order to market properly to intended audience

Qualifications: • Required: B.A./B.S. in marketing, communications, business or public relations
• Required: Minimum 2 years office experience, preferably in marketing, event management or supporting a corporate executive
• Preferred: Experience in product production
• Preferred: Experience in management and budgeting
• Preferred: Experience in event management and hotel/vendor contract negotiation
• Preferred: Experience in website management and graphic design
• Preferred: Experience in online learning and/or web-based training

Skills/Requirements: 1. Must be a very organized and detail oriented project manager, able to multi-task.
2. Excellent written and verbal skills.
3. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills
4. Ability to maintain professional relationships with VIP individuals
5. Ability to work independently as well as interdependently.
6. Demonstrated project and task prioritization skills as well as general organizational skills.
7. Proficient computer skills: MS Office Suite and web-based applications required.
8. Strong research skills
9. Strong layout/desktop publishing skills (using Word, PowerPoint and Publisher).
10. Must be able to effectively cope with typical job stress.

Job Description: Behavioral Tech, LLC (www.behavioraltech.org) is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative/sales support to the Vice President who is responsible for negotiating and contracting all of Behavioral Tech trainings delivered to mental health agencies in the US and abroad. Essential duties include: management and processing of all contracts and customer communication with a heavy emphasis on customer service. Responsibilities include editing and preparing a variety of letters, emails and contracts; and assisting in Behavioral Tech event planning. Individual must be highly professional with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Occasional travel and weekend work may be required. This is an ideal position for someone with experience supporting a corporate executive; who thrives in a casual office environment and who has a passion for changing the world.

Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required: business or psychology preferred.
•Minimum 1 year of executive assistant or related office experience required.
•Minimum 1 year of sales and or customer service experience required.
