Director of Client Services
In his role as Director of Client Services, Jeff oversees the teams responsible for the placement and scheduling of Behavioral Tech’s training events, as well as the successful project management and support of those trainings. His team is driven to build great partnerships and opportunities within the behavioral health community, and delivering exceptional service to all of our participants and trainers.
With over 15 years of healthcare and operations management experience, Jeff has consistently focused his career on building vibrant teams and providing fantastic customer experiences. His background include roles in a number of clinical innovation, training and academic institutions, including positions at Merge Healthcare, Virginia Mason Medical Center, and the University of California, Berkeley.
