Geraldine Rodriguez, MBA
Executive Operations Specialist
Prior to joining Behavioral Tech, Geraldine was the Assistant Director for the University of Washington Foster School of Business - Consulting & Business Development Center, where she designed and executed training programs for minority and woman business owners. In this capacity, she launched the first Business Certificate Program in Spanish and provided business training to more than 250 Latino-owned businesses in one year. Under Geraldine’s mentorship, MBA student teams competed yearly on several nationwide MBA Case Competitions, each time bringing home victory. Geraldine also provided financial oversight and successfully managed the Center’s yearly budget. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Seattle University and an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business. If she is not analyzing an Excel spreadsheet, you can find her teaching her 3 year old daughter mindfulness skills along with mom and husband.
