| DBT Skills Training |
BTECH-R's first online course released in 2005; this highly interactive course teaches all the skills in all four DBT skills modules (Core Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance and Emotion Regulation), as well as an extra module, the steps in Skills Coaching. This course is designed to teach specific content while demonstrating exactly how to teach and coach skills and what to do when clients don’t understand the skills or don’t use them.

| DBT Deaf Wellness Project |
Existing DBT Skills Training video tapes were translated into American Sign Language (ASL). BTECH-R partnered with the Deaf Wellness Project at the University of Rochester with the goal of further disseminating DBT to the deaf and hard-of-hearing population. The two videos translated were From Suffering to Freedom: Practicing Reality Acceptances and Opposite Action: Changing Emotions You Want to Change. |
