You may return for a full refund (less shipping) any Behavioral Tech product within a period of 30 days from the date of shipment. Items can be returned for refund only if they are in their original packaging and in the same condition as sold.
You may return for exchange or full refund (including shipping costs) any damaged Behavioral Tech product within 30 days from the date of shipment. If the product was damaged in shipping, please be sure to hold on to all materials until the shipping provider has had an opportunity to inspect the package, if they wish, for claims payment purposes.
In all cases, to return any items you must call Customer Service for prior approval and obtain a Customer Return Number. To obtain a Customer Return Number, contact Customer Service at the number provided below. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. It is recommended that you insure the package for your protection. Behavioral Tech will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT
A CUSTOMER RETURN NUMBER.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Behavioral Tech reserves the right either to refuse the return, or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 15% of the purchase price.
