How To Apply

1.  Register and pay the application and tuition fees through the website.
2. Submit your application for review.

Please set aside time to complete the SurveyMonkey Application. We will review applications in the order they are received. Applicants will be notified of acceptance on a rolling basis. Upon acceptance, tuition is non-refundable.

Tuition Information

The Application and Tuition fees are due upon registration for the event. Applicants are required to submit their application for review.

The $50 application fee is non-refundable.

• Individuals who do not meet the prerequisites will only be refunded their tuition fee (minus $50 application fee and a 6% cancellation fee).
• Participants who fail to meet the application deadline will not be accepted into the training and will forfeit a late penalty fee of $100.00. Tuition fee will be refunded (minus $50 application fee, $100 penalty fee and a 6% cancellation fee).

Pricing & Deadlines

• Non-refundable Application Fee: $50 per participant (U.S. dollars)
• Early Bird Special: $1,650 per participant (U.S. dollars) 
• Standard Tuition: $1,750 per participant (U.S. dollars)
• IMPORTANT: Once accepted into the training, the tuition fee is non-refundable. If the application is not received by the application deadline, we may release your spot to another applicant, and you will be charged a penalty fee. Please reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible if you have any concerns.

IMPORTANT: Two weeks prior to the training, participants will receive an email from our Online Portal (powered by Thinkific) with a sign-in URL for this training. Please follow the instructions in the email to log in to our Online Portal and set your password, ONE week prior to the training. The training materials are provided electronically via the LMS so please print the slide handouts as needed.

Participants will retain access to the online course until 6 months after the last training session date. All course requirements must be completed before course access expires.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Due to the comprehensive nature of this training, there are no cancellations available. If you are not able to attend and wish to have someone else substitute, please reach out to us via email at [email protected]. If extenuating circumstances arise that prevent full attendance, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
