Seat Availability for Trainings
The number of seats for our open-enrollment workshops and our application-based trainings are limited to what is listed on each event’s details webpage. Reasonings for seat limits may vary from restrictions placed on the physical training space to limiting the registration capacity of a remote training to ensure training quality and adequate timing for group practice and discussions.
Refund Policy for Live, Instructor-Led Training Events
Registration fees for non-application-based workshop trainings, minus a $50 service charge, will be refunded to participants who email support@behavioraltech.org at least 15 days before the training. No refunds will be made thereafter. A colleague may be substituted for no extra charge if BTECH is notified at least two weeks before the training. For application-based trainings, please refer to the cancellation policy listed on the training details webpage for that specific live, instructor-led training. You can locate each live, instructor-led event under Upcoming Training.
We cannot retroactively issue a refund for unused promotional codes. Refunds will not be granted for orders that did not include a valid promotional code at the time of payment.
Policy for Virtual Products
Virtual products, including but not limited to streaming videos and e-books, are not refundable.
Limits of Liability
Behavioral Tech Institute is not responsible for any presenters’ or participants’ statements, acts, materials, or omissions. The use of audio or video recording devices is not permitted at any activity. Trainers and content are subject to change without notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
Returned Check Policy
For any returned check, the customer will be contacted via e-mail or telephone and made aware of the situation. At the time of notification, the individual/agency will be given an opportunity, and payment options, to pay the amount in full including return check fees ($50 per returned check). Returned checks remaining unredeemed after 60 days may be forwarded to a collection agency with the customer bearing the additional collection cost.
