Types of DBT Training Offered:

BTECH’s DBT training encompasses a range of formats and focuses, including:

On-Demand Courses: These self-paced DBT training courses allow professionals to learn at their own pace and on their own schedule. They cover core DBT modules, such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. These courses provide a flexible and accessible way to gain foundational knowledge or reinforce existing skills.

Live Online Workshops: These interactive workshops provide real-time learning with our expert instructors. They offer opportunities for Q&A sessions, case discussions, and skill-building exercises. Live workshops often delve into specific DBT applications, such as working with particular populations or addressing complex clinical presentations.

Intensive DBT Training Programs: For those seeking in-depth knowledge and practical application, BTECH offers intensive programs that provide a more immersive learning experience. These programs often include multiple sessions, role-playing, and supervision components, facilitating a deeper understanding of DBT principles and techniques.

Specialized DBT Training: BTECH also provides specialized training focused on adapting DBT for specific populations, such as adolescents, individuals with substance use disorders, or those with trauma-related difficulties. These specialized programs address the unique challenges and considerations involved in applying DBT to diverse clinical contexts.

Skills Training: Many of the offerings from BTECH include very detailed skills training. They teach the skills in a way that allows the attendee to then turn around and teach those skills to their clients.
